Block Hugger Headers

Quality, value-priced headers for street rod and limited space applications. Mandrel-bent 16-gauge tubing, 3/8”-thick flanges with welded O-ring port seals that are surface-milled (not ground) flat, offering the best sealing. Bottom flange has three-bolt pattern on the collector. Reducers, header bolts, gaskets, and collector bolts are included.

Designed to replace the stock exhaust manifolds and bolt directly to the stock Y-pipe, these tubular headers are manufactured with 1-5/8" mandrel-bent 16-gauge tubing and thick steel flanges. Our Shorty Headers for Corvettes come with all necessary fasteners and will allow hook-up of all emission-and engine-control systems. Available with standard black paint or ARMOR*Coat metallic-ceramic finish. 50-states legal.
